Labor Law 4.0

PLE Law advises its clients on all questions relating to the digitalized world of work, including remote work with a foreign connection, workation, flexible working hours or the exercise of the right to give instructions in such matters. This not only raises problems in terms of labor law, but also regularly in terms of occupational safety and social security law.

Litigation

PLE Law represents employers and managers in legal disputes in all labor courts, including the Federal Labor Court. We support our clients in particular in dismissal protection processes, for example in the case of restructuring within the company.

Another focus is the representation of companies in works constitution and collective bargaining matters, including before the Federal Labor Court.

Collective Labor Law

A key component of labor law activity is collective labor law. PLE Law conducts negotiations for employers with the works council regarding the conclusion of reconciliation of interests agreements and social plans and advises employers on all matters under the Works Constitution Act.

Corporate Liability and D&O Insurance

PLE Law regularly represents companies and their bodies, in particular managing directors and board members, in and out of court in the context of claims for damages under Section 93 AktG and Section 43 GmbHG and also negotiates with financial loss liability insurance (D&O insurance).

Contract Drafting

PLE Law designs for you, among other things

  • Sample employment contracts,
  • Bonus or virtual participation programs,
  • Long term incentive plans or
  • Codes of Conduct regarding all compliance topics that come into consideration

Temporary Employment

PLE Law has many years of experience in designing employee leasing concepts, both nationally and in cross-border, international areas, and in particular in the case of group matters.

Data Protection

The protection of employee data is now of paramount importance due to the General Data Protection Regulation. Violations of data protection regulations lead, among other things, to severe fines. PLE Law supports employers from the moment application documents are received to ensure data protection compliance.
